Website maintenance, support and growth
Your site should keep working even when nobody is watching it. We take over updates, monitoring and backups, respond to outages in as little as 2 business hours, and add new features without starting a new project.

Why a live website still needs looking after
The site is live, the first enquiries have arrived, and in the daily rush it is easy to forget about it. Underneath, though, things keep moving: the CMS releases a new version, libraries and integrations age, the certificate has an expiry date, and a form can stop sending after a change at your email provider. Website maintenance is that invisible work someone has to do regularly: updates, monitoring, backups and a fast response when something stops working.
A neglected website breaks quietly. Outdated dependencies are the easiest way in for an attacker, an expired certificate greets customers with a browser warning, and an outage spotted a week late is one you hear about last, usually from a customer who could not send the form. Meanwhile the business moves on: a new service, a new price list, a seasonal campaign. The site has to keep up without a separate project for every change. That is what ongoing care covers, and when something breaks, you write to one person who knows your site inside out.
What website maintenance includes
We match the scope to how often the site needs to change. A store with orders coming in every day needs closer oversight than a company site updated once a quarter, so care comes in three plans that differ in hours for changes, response time and reports. On the technical side it works like this: Sentry catches errors in the code, Uptime Robot regularly checks that the site responds, Vercel and CI/CD make sure a deployment cannot take production down, and backups run automatically.
You do not need to be technical to report a problem. Just describe what you see: the site loads slowly, the form does not send, a photo breaks on a phone. We handle the diagnosis. You edit content yourself in the panel, and if anything there is unclear, you simply ask. When the cause lies with the hosting or an external tool, you hear that right away, along with who should fix it.
Maintenance and updates
CMS, dependencies and integrations updated as we go and checked after every change.
Monitoring and security
Sentry, uptime checks, alerts and scanning, so we are the first to know about a problem.
Backups
automatic, tested and stored so the site can really be restored.
Fixes and small changes
we do not open a project or wait for a sprint over two lines of CSS, we just fix them.
New feature development
pages, sections and features when the business needs more from the site.
Technical support
you write directly to the developer who knows your site's code.
What happens when you tell us something is broken
You write straight to us, with no ticket system and no autoresponders. Your message reaches the person who knows your site's code, because Kacper Baranowski runs every project personally from the first call. You do not explain the problem all over again to a new consultant, and you do not wait for someone to pass it along.
Response times go into the contract. When the site is down, we respond within 2 business hours on Standard and Pro, and on the next business day on Lite; everything else is handled on the next business day. Monitoring runs independently of your requests, so we often learn about a problem from an alert before you have had time to write, and sometimes the fix is live before any of your customers notice.
Changes go out through CI/CD: first to a test version, then to production. You review and approve a larger change before your customers see it. Backups are automatic and tested, so if something goes wrong we roll back to a working version instead of repairing the live site. A small fix in the middle of the day is no risk to your sales.

How much does website maintenance cost?
The price depends on how much attention the site needs: how often you change content and features, how fast we have to react to an outage, and whether you want a monthly report with your data. That is why care comes in three plans. You pay month to month, with no yearly contract, and cancel with one month’s notice. Work beyond the plan’s hours is quoted before we start and done only once you approve it. All plans side by side are in the pricing.
For the first 30 days from acceptance we fix bugs in our code free of charge; after that, support is paid. You do not have to take the subscription immediately after acceptance. You can decide after a month, but then we cannot promise a free slot in the calendar, because the same one person runs every project.
Lite, PLN 250 net a month. CMS and dependency updates, daily backups stored off the server, uptime and SSL certificate monitoring, and 30 minutes for small changes. Outages get a response on the next business day.
Standard, PLN 690 net a month. Everything in Lite, plus code error monitoring, 3 hours for changes and growth, and a monthly report: traffic, errors, performance. Outages get a response within 2 business hours.
Pro, PLN 1,490 net a month. Everything in Standard, plus 6 hours for changes and new features, an SEO and conversion report, a quarterly review of the site, and your requests first in line.
Growing the site: from small fixes to new features
When a new service, a campaign or a foreign market comes along, the site should carry it without a rebuild. From the pool of hours we add service pages, a campaign landing page, another language version, a blog or online booking. We build sites so they can be extended without rewriting everything, so growth does not mean a new project from scratch.
Bigger changes, such as a CRM connection or a payment system, are delivered through integrations and automation. When the data shows that a page is not bringing in enquiries, we go back to it with findings from SEO and analytics. We quote this work separately or bill it from your pool of hours if you have one.
Every so often it is also worth looking at the site with fresh eyes. If the layout no longer fits the offer or competitors have clearly pulled ahead, we refresh the look and the path to contact through our design that sells service. You rarely need to rebuild the whole site; usually it is enough to refine the few pages most of your customers pass through.

Site built by someone else? Fixes from PLN 1,500 and taking over care
If someone else built your site and the developer has stopped responding, or you no longer trust them with it, we can take over support. We start with a technical audit: we check the state of updates, security, backups and performance, because before we put our name behind the site we need to know what we are taking on.
The audit costs from PLN 900 net, and if we go on to work together, we deduct that amount from the first care invoice. Along the way we sort out access, so the domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your name. After the audit you get a clear answer: what is worth fixing, what to leave, and whether the current site is worth maintaining or you would be better off planning a new one through build and code.
Not every site needs ongoing care straight away. If you first want to fix what does not work, choose the Adaptation and support package, from PLN 1,500 net, usually 1–2 weeks. We review the site, send a priced list of fixes and do the ones you choose: speed, the mobile layout and accessibility, technical SEO, fixing forms and integrations, or moving to new hosting or a new domain. The package, care plans and extras are compared in our pricing.
Who ongoing care is for, and what stays with you
Ongoing care makes the most sense where the site brings in enquiries every day. It is part of our business websites and industry websites offers. It also pays off for online stores, where every hour of downtime means orders that never happen, and for web applications your customers use daily.
Support does not tie you to us. The domain, hosting, code and accounts are registered to you, and you hold the access details. If you ever want to switch developers, we hand the site over with documentation. Tell us in the contact form what your site is built on and how often you change its content. That is enough to start: you will get a reply with a proposed scope by the end of the next business day, and the full quote within 48 hours of our call.

Questions about this service
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteWhat can I report under website support?
Anything to do with the operation of the site we built: outages, bugs, display problems on different devices and questions about using the content panel. New features and design changes are a separate scope, which we quote or bill from your pool of hours if you have one.
How quickly do you respond to requests?
When the site is down, we respond within 2 business hours on Standard and Pro, and on the next business day on Lite. Other requests are handled on the next business day. The deadlines are written into the contract, and monitoring often tells us about an outage before you have had time to report it.
Do I have to buy support right after launch?
You do not. For the first 30 days from acceptance we fix bugs in our code free of charge, so you have time to see how the site behaves day to day. After that, support is paid. You can order the subscription after a month, but then a free slot in the calendar is not guaranteed.
Can you take over support for a website someone else built?
Yes, we start with a technical audit so we know what state the site is in before we take responsibility for it. The audit costs from PLN 900 net, and if we go on to work together we deduct that amount from the first care invoice. If you only want the site fixed, without ongoing care, the Adaptation and support package from PLN 1,500 net is enough. Along the way we sort out access to the domain, hosting and accounts.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Lite costs PLN 250 net a month, Standard PLN 690 and Pro PLN 1,490. They differ in hours for changes (30 minutes, 3 or 6 hours), outage response time and reports. You pay month to month, with no yearly contract and one month’s notice. Work beyond the plan is quoted before we start.
Are website backups made automatically?
Yes, on every plan backups are made daily and stored off the server, so a hosting failure does not take them down with the site. We regularly check that the site can be restored from them, and after an incident we restore it within 4 business hours.
