What setsthe price?
The starting price is where it begins. We agree the final price before work starts and then hold it. Five things move it most:

Number of views and pages
A three-view business card and a site with an offer, a blog and campaign landing pages are two different projects with a different number of hours.

Features and integrations
A contact form is an hour of work. Booking, a quote calculator or a CRM sync is a stage of its own.

Copy and photos
Copy and photos ready? The project is shorter. If not, we add copywriting and a photo shoot to the quote.

SEO and analytics
Basic optimisation is always in the price. Local and industry keywords, and conversion reports, are priced separately.

Deadline
The standard schedule adds nothing to the price. If you need the site sooner, we check the calendar and quote the surcharge for an express track.

Start with a free quoteWhy are prices “from” and not fixed?
Because two sites in the same package can differ by weeks of work. The starting price is the smallest scope that makes sense. We work out your price after a 30-minute call and send it with the task list and stage dates. Once you accept the quote the price does not change, unless you widen the scope yourself.
What do I get for PLN 1,500?
Work on the site you already have. We review it first and send a priced list of fixes, then do the ones you pick: speed, mobile fixes, technical SEO, repairing forms and integrations, or a move to new hosting. If the site cannot be sensibly fixed, we will say so and suggest a redesign.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All amounts in the price list are net, and Polish VAT of 23% is added. Every payment comes with a VAT invoice.
Is monthly care required?
No. After handover you get 30 days of free fixes for bugs from our code, and then it is your call. You edit content in the panel without us. Care makes sense when you do not want to watch updates and backups, or need changes on the site every month.
How do I cancel care?
Care runs month to month, with no yearly contract. A message with one month’s notice is enough. Before it ends we make sure every login, backup and document is with you, so someone else can take over the site.
What if a month needs more hours than the plan has?
Before any work beyond the plan we send you a quote for it, and we only start once you approve. The bill never surprises you. If the hours run short every month, we will suggest a higher plan.
Can I start with a smaller package and grow the site later?
Yes, and we often suggest it ourselves when the starting budget is tight. We build so that a blog, a store, booking or another language can be added without rewriting everything. Each later stage is quoted separately, when you need it.
