Business-card website
A customer got your number from a friend and, before calling, types your company name into Google. At that moment a business-card website has a few seconds to show what you do, where you work and how to reach you. We design it with no template, from PLN 3,000 net.

A business-card website: an address you are happy to send
Most small businesses win customers through recommendations. Someone gets your number from a neighbour or a colleague and, before calling, types your company name into Google. If they find a decent website with your services, photos and a phone number, they call. If they find nothing, or a site from years ago, they keep looking and often call someone else.
A business-card website is the smallest site that solves this: a few pages, a clear description of what you offer and an easy way to get in touch. We build it as part of our business websites offer, to the same standard as larger sites: a design drawn for your company, fast code and accessibility checked before handover. The difference is the scope, and so the price.
Who a business-card website is for, and when to plan more
A business-card site has limits. If you offer a dozen services and each should have its own page for search, if you want to run a blog or sell online, it is better to plan a multi-page site or an online store from the start. If you run a restaurant, a hotel or a law firm, see our industry websites, laid out around how customers in your industry decide.
A business-card site works where customers want to check quickly that you are a real company, see what you do and find your contact details. We most often build one for:
Sole traders and specialists who work under their own name
Local service businesses
garages, renovation crews, clinics and studios
New companies that need an address for the email footer, business cards and a Google profile
Companies whose current site was built years ago and works badly on a phone
What is on a business-card website: five pages that answer the customer
A customer visiting a small business site usually has three questions: do you do what I need, can I trust you, and how do I get in touch. The layout answers them in that order. A typical set looks like this, and we adjust the number and order of pages to your company:
Home
who you are, who you work for and your main services, with the phone number visible straight away
Services
what you do, described in your customers' words, with indicative prices if you want to show them
About
a photo of you or your team, your experience and the area you cover
Work or reviews
photos of jobs or comments from customers that build trust
Contact
a form, phone, address, a map and opening hours

A custom design, even on a smaller budget
A small scope does not mean a ready-made theme from a site builder with your logo swapped in. We design the layout and look in Figma through our design that sells service, starting with the phone version. You approve the design before coding, so you never pay for changes in finished code.
The approved design becomes code through our build and code service. We build business-card sites in Astro: the site is made of prebuilt files, loads fast and does not need an expensive server. A condition of acceptance is at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, meaning contrast, keyboard use and screen readers checked before launch.
The basic scope has no content panel: you email changes to us and we make them. If you would rather update copy, photos or prices yourself, we add a Sanity panel. It is a separate item in the quote, and you can add it later too.

Local SEO: so customers near you find you
A small business rarely competes for broad keywords. It competes for searches like “electrician Wrocław Krzyki” or “physiotherapist Gdynia”. That is why basic local SEO is included in every business-card site: page titles and descriptions with your town, a correct heading structure, a sitemap and LocalBusiness structured data, from which Google reads your address, phone and opening hours.
We also make sure the name, address and phone on the site match your Google Business Profile, because mismatches make it harder for the search engine to connect the two. Tracking of form enquiries and taps on your phone number works from day one, so you know whether the site brings in customers. Ongoing work on regional rankings is a separate job under SEO and analytics.
How much does a business-card website cost and how long does it take?
A business-card website costs PLN 3,000–6,000 net. The lower end is a single scrolling page or a few simple pages with your own copy and photos. The upper end is five pages with a detailed offer, a gallery of work and polished animation. We agree the price before we start and that is what you pay; hosting and the domain stay in your accounts. All packages and extras with their prices are compared in our pricing.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks from an approved brief. Gathering content takes the most time, so with copy and photos ready we move faster. The main factors in price and timeline are:
The number of pages, and whether your offer fits on a single page
Copy and photos
yours, or prepared by us as a separate item
A panel for editing content yourself, if you need one
a site with a panel starts at PLN 4,500 net
A second language or extra features, such as a simple calculator or booking
After launch: your domain, your code and room to grow
The code, domain, hosting and accounts belong to you from day one, and after launch you get the access and a guide. For 30 days from acceptance we fix bugs in our code free of charge. If you want someone to keep an eye on the site and make changes, you can order support and growth.
We build the site so it can grow without a rewrite. When you start advertising one service, we add a campaign landing page. When you start working with customers abroad, we add a second language. The design and code stay the same.
Want to know what your business-card site would cost? Tell us in the contact form what your company does and where it works. We reply by the end of the next working day, you get a free quote within 48 hours of the call, and Kacper Baranowski runs the project personally from the first call to launch.

Questions about this offer
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteHow much does a business-card website cost?
PLN 3,000–6,000 net, depending on the number of pages, how ready your content is and add-ons such as an editing panel or animation. Included are a design with no template, a phone version, a contact form, basic local SEO and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. You get the exact figure in a free quote within 48 hours of the call.
How long does it take to build a business-card website?
Usually 2–3 weeks from an approved brief. First comes the design, which you approve before coding, then the code, testing on phones and launch. Ready copy and photos shorten that time, and you get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote.
How is a business-card website different from a regular company website?
In scope. A business-card site has up to five pages and answers the customer's basic questions: what you do, where you work, why they should trust you and how to get in touch. A multi-page site has a separate page for each service, a blog, case studies and forms for different enquiries, so it costs more and takes longer.
Will I be able to change the content myself?
In the basic scope you send changes to us and we make them. If you want to edit copy, photos and prices yourself, we add a Sanity content panel as a separate item in the quote. The panel can also be added after launch, without rebuilding the site.
Will a business-card website help me on Google?
Yes, in local searches. Included are titles and descriptions with your town, LocalBusiness structured data, a sitemap and fast loading. For very competitive keywords a business-card site alone is not enough; ongoing ranking work and more content are priced separately.
Can the site be extended later?
Yes. We build it so you can add pages, a blog, a second language or a campaign landing page without starting over. On the call we ask where the company is heading over the next year, so the structure has room for it from the start.
Got a project?
Tell uswhat you need.
Two sentences: what you have and what you need. We will ask the rest on a call.
