How much doesa website cost?

A business-card site from PLN 3,000 net, a site with a content panel from PLN 4,500, a store from PLN 8,000. The scope sets the price: we agree it before we start, then hold it. Five things move it most:

See the full pricing
  1. 01

    Number of views and pages

A three-view business card and a site with an offer, a blog and campaign landing pages are two different projects with a different number of hours.

  2. 02

    Features and integrations

A contact form is an hour of work. Booking, a quote calculator or a CRM sync is a stage of its own.

  3. 03

    Copy and photos

Copy and photos ready? The project is shorter. If not, we add copywriting and a photo shoot to the quote.

  4. 04

    SEO and analytics

Basic optimisation is always in the price. Local and industry keywords, and conversion reports, are priced separately.

  5. 05

    Deadline

The standard schedule adds nothing to the price. If you need the site sooner, we check the calendar and quote the surcharge for an express track.

How much does a business website cost?

A simple business-card site starts at PLN 3,000 net, and a company site with several pages, a content panel and SEO at PLN 4,500, usually up to PLN 15,000. An industry website costs from PLN 4,500, an online store from PLN 8,000, a mobile app from PLN 12,000 and a web app from PLN 15,000. Every package and extra is in our pricing. The figure for your scope, with a list of work and a schedule, comes in a free quote within 48 hours of the call.

How long does it take?

A business website usually takes 2–6 weeks, a store 3–12 weeks, a web app 4–16 weeks, a mobile app 3–12 weeks. The number of views and how quickly we get your content matter most. Stage dates come with the quote, so you know the deadline before you decide.

What is included in the price?

Design, build, the mobile version, a content panel, basic technical SEO, analytics and training. Before handover we check WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and a score of at least 85 in PageSpeed Mobile. After handover you have 30 days of free fixes for bugs that come from our code. Hosting, the domain, licences and paid third-party services stay on your side, paid from your accounts. Anything outside the scope is listed separately in the quote.

Can I start with a smaller scope and grow the site later?

Yes, and we often suggest it ourselves when the starting budget is tight. We build so that a blog, a store, bookings or another language can be added without rewriting everything. Each later stage is quoted separately, when you need it.

How does payment work?

Usually in two or three parts: a deposit to start, a payment once the design is approved and the rest after launch. Larger projects are billed after each stage. We issue a VAT invoice for each part.

Will the website be mine?

Yes, all of it. The code, content, domain, hosting and accounts (Google, analytics, the panel) belong to you. You edit the content yourself in the panel, and after launch you get the access details and documentation, so you can grow the site with us or with anyone else, without asking our permission.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. We work remotely with companies across Poland and abroad. Calls are online and you follow progress on a staging address, so distance does not slow the work down.

Got a project?

Tell uswhat you need.

Two sentences: what you have and what you need. We will ask the rest on a call.
