Transport company website
A shipper types a route or a cargo type into Google and writes to the first carrier they find. A transport company website with your fleet, certificates and a quote request form is there to put you in front of them and turn that visit into an enquiry with a route, a date and a load.

Orders beyond the load board start with a search engine
A manufacturer that sends a few trailers to Germany every week is looking for a regular carrier. Instead of posting the load on an exchange, they type “international transport Poland-Germany” or “refrigerated carrier [city]” into Google and write to two or three companies from the first page of results. If your site is not there, that enquiry goes to someone else.
On a load board you compete mostly on rate. Your own site shows what a load board cannot: the fleet with specifications, certificates, the routes you serve and how you work. We design it as part of our industry websites offer with one goal: enquiries from companies that need a carrier for a specific route and a specific load.
The site does not replace the load board; it works alongside it and brings in a different kind of order, from companies that want to know a carrier before they hand over their freight. Those shippers check what you drive, which documents you hold and whether you answer enquiries at all. All three have to be visible in the first few seconds, on a phone too, because people often look for a carrier between one meeting and the next.
What a transport company website includes
The scope follows what you haul and for whom: a refrigerated carrier with its own fleet needs a different site from a forwarder that mainly organises transport. We design the layout from scratch through our design that sells service, with no marketplace template, so a shipper sees within seconds what you haul, where you go and where to ask for a price. On a phone, the quote button and your phone number stay within reach on every page. Below is what usually makes the difference for a transport company:
Fleet presentation
a vehicle gallery with payload, dimensions and ADR and ATP certificates for each unit
A quote request form that asks for the route, the date and the type of cargo, everything you need to price the job
Map of routes served
your operating range on one screen, from domestic runs to international lanes
Certificates and licences
carrier liability insurance, transport licence and ISO in one section shippers visit before they send an enquiry
SEO for freight keywords, meaning pages for routes, cargo types and the cities you operate from
Content panel
you add vehicles, photos and documents yourself, no developer needed

Quote requests with complete details, at night and at weekends too
Your dispatcher comes in on Monday morning and, instead of an unknown number asking “how much for a run”, finds a request in the inbox with the route, the date, the type of cargo and the company details. The site collects enquiries like this at night, at weekends and on public holidays, when the office is closed and a shipper is planning next week’s dispatches.
We shape the form around your loads. Refrigerated cargo needs a question about temperature, ADR goods about the hazard class, oversized loads about dimensions and weight. A short form is easier to fill in, a longer one gives you better data for the quote, so we decide together where the line sits: enough fields to price the run, and no more, so nobody gives up halfway.
Requests can go straight to the dispatcher’s inbox, to a spreadsheet or into the CRM where you keep your offers. The extended version adds a quote calculator and a connection to the system you already use; that is the scope of our integrations and automation service. If your system has an API, we connect it. If it does not, you will know from the quote, before you decide.
SEO for a transport company: pages for routes, cargo and cities
A shipper does not know your company name, so they type what they need moved: a route, a cargo type or the loading city. We build the site structure around searches like “transport [route]”, “carrier [city]” and “freight forwarding [country]”. Every important route or service can get its own page with the specifics a shipper would ask about anyway: trailer types, required documents, how billing works.
The technical groundwork comes from our SEO and analytics service: fast loading with Core Web Vitals in the green, company structured data, clean headings and a sitemap. Route pages link to each other so Google understands what you do and where. Analytics shows which searches and pages bring in quote requests, so after a few months you know which routes deserve more pages.
If you run international lanes, plan for another language: a German forwarder looks for a carrier in German. We build the site so that another language can be added without rewriting it, so you can start with one version and add the next when enquiries from abroad start coming in.

How a transport company website gets built, step by step
We start with a conversation about orders: which ones you want more of, which fewer, which pay best. That decides the order of sections, the fields in the form and the searches each page is written for. Throughout the project you follow progress on a staging address and send feedback as you go, and each stage ends with your approval.
Fleet photos, certificate scans and a list of routes are worth gathering before we start, because ready material makes the site go faster. If you do not have them, we plan a photo shoot and copy as a separate stage that does not hold up design and code. The schedule accounts for it from day one.
Call and brief
routes, cargo types, the fleet and the orders that pay best for you
Design
the page layout, the vehicle card, the quote form and the route map, phone first, then desktop
Build and launch
a fast site with a content panel, structured data and enquiry analytics, tested on real devices
Launch and training
we show you how to add a vehicle, a certificate and a new route, then a few weeks later we look at the first numbers together
How much does a transport company website cost and how long does it take
A site with a fleet presentation and a quote form starts at PLN 4,500 net. An extended site with a route map, a quote calculator and integrations goes up to PLN 10,000 net. It usually takes 2–6 weeks, and you get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote, so you know the launch date before you pay the deposit. Where your site lands within that range depends mostly on five things:
The quote is free and arrives within 48 hours of a short call, with the scope and the list of work written out. Payment is usually split into two or three parts: a deposit to start, a payment once the design is approved and the rest after launch, each on a VAT invoice. For 30 days after handover we fix any bugs in our code free of charge. The prices of extras, such as another language, are in our pricing.
Number of pages
a site with the fleet and contact details is a different project from one with a page for every route
Features
a route map, a quote calculator and a CRM connection are separate stages of work
Copy and photos
ready fleet photos shorten the project, a photo shoot and copywriting are quoted separately
Deadline
the standard schedule is included, an express track costs extra
Language versions
each extra language is a separate line in the quote
After launch: you add the next vehicle, certificate and route yourself
Fleets change, certificates have expiry dates, new routes come in. In the panel you add and edit vehicles, photos, specs and documents without a developer, and we go through it together at the training after launch. We code the site through our build and code service: before handover we test it on real phones and check WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and a PageSpeed Mobile score of at least 85. The domain, hosting, code and Google accounts are yours from day one, so if you ever change contractors, you take everything with you.
If you would rather not keep track of updates and backups, we take that over through support and growth: we monitor speed and security, run backups and add features when the business needs them, say a calculator or another language version. Kacper Baranowski runs the project personally from the first call to launch, and every message gets a reply by the end of the next working day.
We design sites the same way for other companies whose customers look for a specific contractor and want to check them before calling. See how a website for a construction company is built around a project portfolio, and how we approach a website for an accounting firm, where trust and a clear offer for businesses matter most. If you also run forwarding or warehousing alongside haulage, both fit on one site with separate sections. Tell us in the contact form what you drive, which routes you serve and which orders you want more of. That is enough for a first conversation.

Questions about this offer
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteDo shippers really look for carriers on Google?
Yes, especially manufacturers and trading companies looking for a regular carrier on a specific route. They type “international transport Poland-Germany” or “refrigerated carrier [city]” and write to companies on the first page of results. Pages for your routes and cargo types give you a chance to be among them.
How much does a transport company website cost?
From PLN 4,500 net for a site with a fleet presentation and a quote form, up to PLN 10,000 net for an extended site with a route map, a quote calculator and integrations. The exact figure, with the scope and schedule written out, comes in a free quote within 48 hours of the call.
How long does it take to build a transport company website?
Usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the number of pages and features. A site with the fleet and a form lands near the lower end, one with a calculator and a CRM integration near the upper end. Stage dates are in the schedule attached to the quote, and ready photos and copy shorten the whole thing.
Can I add vehicles to the fleet myself?
Yes. In the panel you add and edit vehicles: photos, payload, dimensions and certificates, and the changes show on the site straight away. You do not need technical knowledge or us to do it; after launch we go through the panel together in a short training session.
What do I need to prepare before the project starts?
A list of vehicles with specifications, fleet photos, scans of certificates and licences, and the routes you serve. Ready copy and photos shorten the project. If you do not have them, copywriting and a photo shoot are quoted as separate items and planned so they do not hold up the rest of the work.
Can the website have a version in another language?
Yes. A language version can be built from the start or added later without rewriting the site. For international lanes it is often a good move, because a shipper in Germany or France looks for a carrier in their own language. Each language version is quoted separately.
Got a project?
Tell uswhat you need.
Two sentences: what you have and what you need. We will ask the rest on a call.
