An online store that takes the customer all the way to payment

Your customer lands on a product page from an ad or from Google and looks for three things: the price, the delivery cost and the variant they need. If any of them is missing, or the checkout asks them to create an account, they close the tab and buy elsewhere. So we start with how your customer buys, and only then choose the platform and design the product page and checkout around that answer.

The scope of the first version, the priorities and what should happen after launch are settled during strategy and direction, before the first design exists. That is where we decide which features must work on day one and which can wait, so you do not pay for extensions your customers will not use yet.

Kacper Baranowski runs the whole project personally, from the first call to launch and support after it. We do not reskin a ready-made theme: the product page, cart and checkout are designed and coded for your products and your customers. Before handover we check accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA and speed on a phone (at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile), because a store that loads slowly or cannot be used with a keyboard or screen reader loses buyers.

When a store of your own makes sense

If you already have a store, we start by reviewing what is there: what sells, where customers drop off and what is worth carrying over unchanged. If you are starting from scratch, we look at where your customers come from and what they buy most. The new store avoids the old mistakes, and you do not pay to rebuild what already works.

You do not need thousands of products or a finished catalogue. We start with what you have and add the rest in stages. A store of your own gives you control over margins, customer data and every step of the purchase, from the ad to the email with the tracking number. It usually pays off in one of these situations:

  • You sell physical or digital products and want orders coming in 24/7, even when you are away from the phone

  • You have a store, but visitors come in, browse and leave without buying

  • You sell through social media or a marketplace and want your margins and customer data back under your control

  • You are launching a new brand online and want a store you will not have to rebuild in a year

  • Your current store is slow, unstable or looks a decade old, and you are afraid to touch it

Shopify or headless: how to choose an ecommerce platform

We match the platform to your scale, your catalogue and the way you sell. With a simpler catalogue and standard shipping, Shopify will serve you for years. With many variants, an unusual ordering process or integrations Shopify cannot handle without workarounds, headless is the better fit. We build the store as part of build and code, with a focus on loading time, because every second a customer waits for a product page moves them closer to the back button.

Not sure? Describe your sales model: the number of products, variants, channels and the systems you already use. Based on that we tell you which platform makes sense now and which one only once the store has grown. You do not pay extra for capabilities you will not use yet.

  • Shopify

a quick start, hosting and updates handled by the platform, a ready ecosystem. Good for a simpler catalogue and a fast launch

  • Headless

a Next.js or Astro frontend decoupled from the store backend, your own hosting and integrations tailored to your process. The fastest loading and full design freedom, but more build work

What you get with your store

We design the purchase path as part of design that sells. The product page, the cart and every checkout step are checked against one question: does the customer know what to do next, and is anything stopping them? You can run the admin panel without technical knowledge, and we train you before launch.

The product page shows what customers look for before buying: photos, variants, availability, and delivery time and cost. The checkout asks only for the fields needed for shipping and the invoice. Customer accounts, order history and discount codes are planned with you, so they help returning customers without slowing down a first purchase.

After launch you are left with a panel you know and a description of your processes: how to add a product with variants, how to handle a return, how to create a discount code for a campaign. If someone new takes over the store, they learn it from the documentation without calling us about every detail.

  • UX and UI design

product page, cart and checkout designed to convert

  • Responsive frontend

works as well on a phone as on a desktop, tested on real devices

  • Admin panel

products, variants, orders, discount codes and statistics in one place

  • Technical SEO

product structured data, a sitemap, meta tags and fast loading

  • Analytics

tracking of conversions, purchase paths and abandoned carts

  • Training and documentation

a walkthrough of the panel and a description of your store processes

Payments, shipping and invoices ready for the Polish market

Once the customer taps Pay, the part they never see begins: the payment, the label, the parcel and the invoice. Through integrations and automation we connect the store to your payment provider, couriers and invoicing, so an order moves from payment to shipping with no retyping between systems.

If you already use a specific payment provider, invoicing tool or CRM, we connect what you have instead of talking you into switching. When a system has an API, we wire it into the store. When it does not, we say so before the quote and propose a workaround, rather than halfway through the project.

  • Payments

Stripe and Przelewy24 with BLIK, instant transfers and cards, plus PayU or PayPo deferred payments on request

  • Shipping

InPost parcel lockers, DPD, Poczta Polska and any other couriers you use

  • Labels and tracking

labels generate automatically, customers get a tracking number and status notifications, all from the store panel

  • Invoices

issued automatically for every order, with no manual retyping

How much does an online store cost and how long does it take?

A simple Shopify store starts at PLN 8,000 net. A full e-commerce build with integrations, product variants and automation is PLN 15,000–40,000 net. A simple store takes 3–5 weeks, a larger one 6–12 weeks. We agree the schedule before we start and build in a buffer for testing and product import, so the deadline does not rely on everything going smoothly.

The price depends most on the number of views and features, integrations with the systems you already use, how ready your product descriptions and photos are, the SEO scope and the deadline. Within 48 hours of the call you get a free quote with a written scope and schedule, so you decide knowing the amount and dates. Larger projects are billed by stage, with a VAT invoice for each one. Packages and extras, such as a CRM integration or content migration, are compared in our pricing.

What should you prepare? A product list with variants and prices, photos, your terms and returns policy, and access to your payment provider and courier if you already have them. Ready descriptions and photos shorten the project. If you do not have them, copywriting and a photo shoot are quoted as separate items, and product import goes straight into the schedule.

After launch: growing the store and getting found on Google

The store, code, domain and accounts belong to you. We hand over access and documentation after launch, so you can hand the store to another developer or your own team whenever you like. If anything stops working within 30 days of handover because of our code, we fix it free of charge. SEO and analytics show which products bring traffic from Google and where customers abandon the cart, so you know what to fix first. Product structured data lets Google show price and availability right in the results.

Want customers to see a product from every angle? We add animation and 3D as an option, without slowing the store down. Only need a site with your offer and a form? See business websites. When customers need accounts, subscriptions and a panel of their own, look at a web app.

Use the form at the bottom of the page to tell us what you sell, how many products you have and which systems you already use. A few sentences are enough; we sort out the rest on a short call. We reply by the end of the next working day, and the quote with scope and schedule arrives within 48 hours of the call.
