Guests check you on Google before they call or come in
Before a guest picks a place for Friday night, they type “restaurant” and the name of the district into Google, look at the photos and hunt for the menu. 80% of guests check a restaurant online before they call or come in. If your website does not show what you serve, what it costs and whether they can book a table within the first 5 seconds, they go back to the results and pick the place next door with a better listing and more tempting photos.
The website we build for you answers the guest’s questions before they ask: what is on the menu, what it costs, whether a table is free, how late you are open and how to get there. We put that information on top, on the first screen of the phone, because that is where the guest decides.
If all your traffic comes through Instagram or Facebook today, you do not have to give them up. A profile is good at showing the mood of the place and what is new, but the algorithm decides who sees a post, a menu posted as photos is invisible to search engines, and access to the account depends on the platform. A website with your own domain, a menu in text that Google understands and a booking form works for you around the clock, whatever your reach.
What a restaurant website should include
A bistro with a daily lunch needs a different website from a restaurant serving a tasting menu by reservation, so we set the scope around how your place runs and design from scratch, with no template. The elements below come up in almost every restaurant. The project is part of our industry websites offer, so speed, a phone-first layout and a content panel are included in every variant.
Online menu
categories, prices, allergens and dish photos you change from the panel in a few minutes
Table reservations
a form with date, time and party size, a confirmation for the guest and a notification for you
Interior and food gallery
photos that build appetite before the guest walks through the door
Local SEO
searches like “restaurant [city]” and “lunch [district]”, connected to your Google profile and the map
Phone first
90% of guests check a restaurant on their phone, so that is where the design starts
Hours, directions and contact
always current, with a map and a number that dials in one tap
An online menu instead of a PDF: readable on a phone and visible on Google
Is your menu a PDF or a photo of the printed card? That is the most common mistake on restaurant websites. A guest on a phone has to pinch to zoom, the file loads slowly, and search engines cannot read a single dish name from it. A customer who waits 4 seconds for the menu to load orders somewhere else. With us the menu is regular page content: categories, descriptions, prices and allergen labels, which Google indexes like any other text.
Editing works like this: add a dish, type the price, upload a photo and save. The change is live immediately, with no coding and no waiting for us. The daily lunch, a seasonal card or a holiday menu work the same way. As part of design that sells we lay out the menu so guests quickly find what they crave and the dishes you care about most sit higher.
Speed is handled by build and code. We compress food photos and load them only when the guest scrolls to them, and we check Core Web Vitals before handover. The acceptance criteria are at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, which covers readable contrast and screen reader support, tested on real phones.

Online table booking with no phone calls and no commission
On a Saturday night nobody on the floor has a free hand for the phone, and a missed call is a guest who books somewhere else. The form on your website lets guests pick a date, a time and the party size at any hour, including after closing. The guest gets an automatic email confirmation and you get a notification about the new booking. You pay no per-cover commission and no outside company collects your guests’ data.
Already using a reservation system, or want bookings to land in the team’s calendar? We connect it to the site as part of integrations and automation. If the system has an API, we plug it in. If it does not, you hear about it before the quote, and the quote proposes another way. The same form can take enquiries about private events and full-room bookings, with separate fields for the number of guests and the type of occasion.
On request we add a reminder sent to the guest the day before, with a link to change or cancel the booking. For you that means fewer empty tables on a Friday; for the guest, one click instead of a phone call. Every booking sits in one place, instead of a notebook by the bar and messages across three apps.

Online ordering and delivery: your own channel next to Pyszne.pl and Glovo
Do you deliver, or want to start? We can add online ordering to the site, with dish selection, Przelewy24 or BLIK payments and SMS notifications. Every order comes in with no marketplace commission, and the customer data and the margin stay with you. A guest who ordered direct once comes back to your website next time instead of scrolling through an app with a hundred competing restaurants.
You do not have to leave Pyszne.pl or Glovo. They stay as an additional channel, while your own website becomes the main point of sale, where the margin is highest. When delivery, meal kits, vouchers or products from your kitchen become a large share of turnover, it is worth moving to a full online store with a cart, payments and automatic invoices.
How much does a restaurant website cost?
A website with a menu and table reservations starts from PLN 4,500 net. A site with online ordering, payments and integrations costs up to PLN 12,000 net. The price depends mainly on the number of pages and languages, how bookings work, ordering with payments, and whether your food photos and copy are ready. A photo shoot and copywriting are quoted separately, only if you need them. The prices of extras are in our pricing.
From brief approval to launch usually takes 2–6 weeks. We start with a short online call, and within 48 hours of it you get a free quote with a written scope, a schedule and a list of work. Payment is split into two or three parts: a deposit, a payment after design approval and the rest after launch. The price in the quote is the final price. If you are opening a new place and the date matters, we can work on an express track, at a surcharge and after checking the calendar.
You do not have to do everything at once. You can start with the menu, the gallery and booking, and add online ordering a few months later, once you know how many guests ask about delivery. We build the site so the next stage does not mean rewriting it, and we quote that stage only when you need it. If something stops working after launch, we fix bugs in our code free of charge for 30 days from handover.
After launch: Google Maps, guest reviews and care for the site
Restaurants win in local results, on the map and in the listings with a pin. We optimise the site for searches like “restaurant + city”, add structured data with your address, opening hours and menu, and connect it to your Google Business profile. This is part of SEO and analytics, where you also see how many people tapped “Book” or your phone number.
Guest reviews carry enormous weight in hospitality, so the website should work with them. We add a link to leave a Google review to the booking confirmation email, and the site shows selected reviews from your Google Business profile. We never write reviews for guests or invent ratings; we show the real ones and make it easier to leave the next.
The domain, hosting, panel and code belong to you, and every login goes to your accounts, so if you ever change suppliers, you take everything with you. If you want, we stay with the site longer through support and growth: updates, backups, monitoring and new features as the place grows. Kacper Baranowski runs every project personally, from the first call to launch, and replies to messages by the end of the next working day.
If the restaurant is part of a hotel or guesthouse, see how we build a website for a hotel with a room gallery and a booking engine. Both can live on one site, with one panel, one domain and one Google profile, so a guest who stays the night books dinner too. To get started, write two sentences about your place in the contact form: how many tables you have, whether you deliver and when you need the site. We ask the rest on a short call and send a quote with scope and schedule within 48 hours of it.

Questions about this offer
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteCan guests book tables through the website?
Yes. A form with date, time and party size works at any hour, including after closing. The guest gets an automatic email confirmation and you get a notification about the new booking. You pay no per-cover commission, and if you already use a reservation system with an API, we connect it to the site.
Can I edit the menu and prices myself?
Yes, with no developer involved. In the panel you add a dish, type the price, upload a photo and save, and the change is live immediately. The daily lunch, a seasonal card or a holiday menu work the same way, without calling us.
How much does a restaurant website cost?
From PLN 4,500 net for a website with a menu and table reservations to PLN 12,000 net for a site with online ordering, payments and integrations. You get the exact figure after a short call, in a free quote ready within 48 hours, together with the scope and schedule. The price in the quote does not grow during the project.
Will the website show up in Google Maps?
Yes. We optimise the site for local searches such as “restaurant + city”, add structured data with your address, hours and menu, and connect it to your Google Business profile. The guest then sees the same hours and the same menu in search, on the map and on the website.
Can I take delivery orders through the website?
Yes, as an option quoted separately. We add ordering with dish selection, Przelewy24 or BLIK payments and SMS notifications, with no marketplace commission. Pyszne.pl or Glovo can keep running as an additional channel, while your own website becomes the main one.
How long does a restaurant website take and what do I need to prepare?
Usually 2–6 weeks from brief approval. What speeds things up most is a current menu with prices and allergens, photos of the interior and dishes, opening hours and access to your Google Business profile. Missing photos or copy? We quote them separately and build them into the schedule so they do not push back the launch.
