A business website that answers the customer before they call

A customer looking you up at two in the morning will not call. They will open your website, and if they cannot find an answer or a reason to stay within a few seconds, they will go back to the results and click on a competitor. We build business websites for that moment, to order and with no template: design, code and handover of the access.

A good website answers questions before the customer asks them: who you work for, what exactly you do and why they should call you rather than someone else. We start with strategy and direction: the goal of the site, its audience and what should happen once someone lands on it (a call, a completed form, a booking). Sections, copy and calls to action follow that goal; anything that does not serve it is left out.

Who a custom company website is for

A new website makes sense when the current one (or the lack of one) is costing you customers. If one of the five situations below sounds familiar, this offer is for you. Just starting out with a tight budget? We can still talk: we fit the scope to your stage and build the site so pages can be added later instead of a rebuild.

  • A customer asks whether you have a website and you would rather not send the address

  • You google your company name and see something unexpected, or nothing at all

  • You email your offer and the customer still asks for something more to read about you

  • Your current site takes seconds to load on a phone and looks a decade old, because that is when it was made

  • You are launching a new service or entering a new market and need a page that says what you offer, and to whom

Which type of website to choose: five variants

The scope depends on what the site has to do: collect sign-ups from a single campaign, present the company's full offer, or give customers an address you are happy to send. Each goal means a different scope, timeline and price, so instead of one package we suggest the variant that fits your problem. If you run a restaurant, a hotel, a law firm or a construction company, see our industry websites too: their layouts follow how customers in your industry decide.

The choice is not for life: a campaign landing page can later become part of a bigger site, and a business-card site can grow a blog, a second language or booking without being rewritten. On the call we also ask where the company is heading over the next year, so the structure has room for it from day one.

  • : a simple site for a sole trader or local business, up to 5 pages, PLN 3,000–6,000 net

  • : one page, one goal (sign-up, enquiry, purchase) for an ad campaign, a launch or a mailing, Astro and GSAP, Lighthouse 95+, PLN 2,500–6,000 net

  • Multi-page website

service pages, case studies, a blog and forms, when the site should hold the first sales conversation for you, from PLN 4,500 net

  • : a new layout and code, or a move to a new platform without losing Google traffic, when the current site puts customers off, from PLN 6,000 net

  • : separate addresses, copy and SEO for each language, when you are looking for customers abroad, from PLN 6,000 net

What a business website includes

Whichever variant you choose, you get the same standard of work. We design the interface in Figma as part of design that sells and turn it into fast code through build and code: Astro or Next.js, with TypeScript. Your content lives in a headless panel such as Sanity, and you change it yourself.

Want the site to stand out through motion? Animation and 3D is available as an add-on: smooth transitions, micro-interactions and 3D elements that load only when needed, so they do not slow the page down. With reduced motion switched on, the site stays static and fully readable.

  • UX/UI design with no template

every screen drawn around your goal, in a phone and a desktop version

  • A content panel

you add copy, images and new pages yourself, without a developer

  • Technical SEO and analytics

headings, metadata, a sitemap and tracking of form enquiries from day one

  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

contrast, keyboard use and screen readers checked before handover

  • Speed

at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile and measured Core Web Vitals as a condition of acceptance

  • Training and documentation

a panel walkthrough and a guide to come back to when something slips your mind

Design, code and content come from one person, so nothing gets lost between the designer and the developer.

How much does a business website cost and how long does it take?

Budget is usually the first question, so we start there. A simple business-card site starts at PLN 3,000 net, and a company website with several pages, a content panel and SEO from PLN 4,500 net; most such projects fall within PLN 4,500–15,000 net. We agree the price before we start and that is what you pay; anything outside the scope is listed separately, so the invoice holds nothing that was not in the quote. Hosting, the domain and paid licences for connected tools stay on your side, in your accounts.

Delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks from an approved brief; a larger site with extra features takes 4–8 weeks. You get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote, so from day one you know when you will see the design and when the site goes to a staging address. The prices of every variant and extra, from copywriting to another language, are in our pricing. Six things move the price and timeline the most.

  • Number of pages

a business card with 1–3 views is a different project from a site with an offer, a blog and campaign landing pages

  • Copy and photos

ready material shortens the project; copywriting and a photo shoot go into the quote as separate items

  • Forms and integrations

a contact form is an hour of work, a quote calculator, booking or CRM sync is a stage of its own

  • Local and industry SEO

basic optimisation is always included, work on regional and industry keywords is priced separately

  • Content management

you edit in the panel yourself or send changes to us; both work, they just cost differently

  • Deadline

the standard schedule is included; an express track costs extra and only if the calendar allows

How we work together, step by step

From the first message to launch you deal with one person. Kacper Baranowski runs every project personally, so you never explain everything again to a salesperson, then a designer, then a developer. Payment is usually split in two or three: a deposit to start, a payment after design approval and the rest after launch, each with a VAT invoice.

You follow the project on a staging address, so there is no big reveal after weeks of silence. You give feedback as we go; if a request goes beyond the agreed scope, we say so at once, with what it means for price and timeline, and you decide whether to add it.

  • Intro call

30–45 minutes by phone or video about your company, customers, the goal of the site and what you do not want on it

  • Quote and scope

within 48 hours of the call you get a free quote with a written scope and schedule, and no “it depends”

  • Visual design

the layout and look of the site in Figma, based on your brief and materials; you approve it before coding

  • Development and content

we turn the approved design into code and wire up forms, integrations and technical SEO

  • Testing and fixes

we check the site on real phones and in different browsers, and you have time for feedback

  • Launch and handover

the site goes live on your domain and server, and you get access, a panel walkthrough and documentation

You see the site on a staging address while it is being built, and that is where you leave feedback.

What you get after launch and who owns the website

The code, content, domain, hosting and accounts (Google, analytics, the panel) belong to you from day one; after launch you get the access and the documentation. You can grow the site with us or with anyone else, and the next person starts from our documentation. If something breaks after launch, for 30 days from acceptance we fix bugs in our code free of charge and help with small changes.

If you would rather someone kept an eye on the site, support and growth covers updates, backups, speed and security monitoring and further features. SEO and analytics shows where enquiries come from and which pages are worth improving. When it is time to sell online, you can extend the site with an online store on the same foundation.

Want to know what your website would cost? Describe in two sentences what your company does and what the site should do for it; we will ask the rest on the intro call. The enquiry form is at the bottom of this page. We reply by the end of the next working day, and within 48 hours of the call you have a free quote with a written scope and schedule.

Questions about this offer

Your situation not here?

Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.

Start with a free quote
How much does a business website cost?

A simple business-card site starts at PLN 3,000 net, and a company website with several pages, a content panel and SEO from PLN 4,500 net, usually up to PLN 15,000 net. The biggest factors are the number of pages, features such as forms and integrations, how ready your content is and the deadline. You get the exact figure in a free quote within 48 hours of the intro call, together with a list of what is included and what is not.

How long does it take to build a company website?

A standard company website takes 2–6 weeks from an approved brief, a larger site with extra features 4–8 weeks. Ready copy and photos shorten that time. You get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote, and if your deadline is fixed, tell us on the first call: we will check the calendar and tell you straight away whether we can make it.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. We build the site with a headless content panel such as Sanity. You change copy and images and add new pages without knowing any code. Before launch we go through the panel together and leave you a guide to come back to. If you would rather not touch the panel, you can send changes to us; that service is priced separately.

Will the website be fast and optimised for SEO?

Yes, and we check it before handover: at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile, a correct heading structure, metadata, a sitemap and measured Core Web Vitals. Basic optimisation is included in every project. Work on local and industry keywords and conversion reports is priced separately if you need it.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

To start, it is enough to tell us about your company, your customers and what the site is meant to do. Ready copy and photos shorten the project but are not a condition: copywriting and a photo shoot can be added to the quote. Your logo, brand materials and access to your domain and current website, if you have them, also help.

What does support after launch include?

For 30 days from acceptance we fix bugs in our code free of charge and help with small changes. After that you can order ongoing care under support and growth: updates, backups, speed and security monitoring and new features. We set the scope and frequency to match how often the site needs to change. If you would rather look after it yourself or with someone else, you have all the access and documentation to do so.
