Marketing agency website

Before a client asks you anything, they judge your agency by its own website. We design marketing agency websites with case studies, service pages and a brief form: from PLN 6,000 net, in 2–6 weeks.

Your website is the first case study a client sees

Before a client emails your agency, they open its website and judge from it how you would handle their project. If you sell marketing, that site is your most important case study. A slow page on a marketplace theme, with a portfolio nobody has updated in a long time, tells them more than your whole about page. An agency without a good website looks like a hairdresser with a bad haircut, and clients notice straight away.

We build these sites under our industry websites offer, with no templates or ready-made themes, because an agency on a template sends a client exactly the signal it wants to avoid. The site has to prove you can do what you promise: it loads fast, it looks like your best work and it has a portfolio that sells for you while you are in a meeting.

Clients usually compare several agencies at once and quickly drop the ones that look alike. The ones that stay show a clear specialism, real work and the people the client will be working with, all within the first few seconds. We build the site structure on those three things and arrange everything else to lead to them.

What a marketing agency website includes

We plan the scope around the path your client takes: first impression, proof, then the brief. The design comes from our design that sells service, so every screen has a specific job on that path. On a phone, the quickest route to your work and to the form matters most, because a good share of clients reach an agency site from a link in an email or on social media. The scope usually covers:

  • Portfolio and case studies

every project with the problem, the solution and the results, each on its own page

  • Services

SEO, campaigns, social media, branding, each on its own page with a description of your process

  • Team

profiles with roles and specialisms, because clients want to know who they will be working with

  • Blog and knowledge base

articles that build your expert position and bring in traffic from Google

  • Brief form

budget, scope, industry and goals, so you can put together a first estimate right away

  • Content panel

add new case studies, posts and team members yourself, without a developer

Case studies that sell for you

A row of client logos only says that someone trusted you. A case study says what came of it: what the problem was, what you did and what the results were. We design them with context, numbers and visuals so that the next client recognises their own situation. The numbers come from you; we make sure they read clearly at first glance, on a phone too.

A well-written case study also works in sales. Instead of a PDF deck, you send a link to a project from the client’s industry, and before the first meeting they can already see a problem like their own and how you solved it.

Every case study is a separate page optimised for search. Someone typing “marketing agency [industry]” into Google lands directly on your work in that industry rather than on your home page. We design the template once, and you fill it in from the panel for every new project. The fixed structure is:

  • Context, meaning who the client is, what they came with and what was at stake

  • Process

what you did, in what order and why you did it that way

  • Results in numbers and outcomes the client agreed to show

  • Visuals of campaigns, screens and materials, shown within the whole story

Animation on an agency website: when it helps and when it gets in the way

An agency website can have motion and effects (GSAP, parallax, micro-interactions) if they fit your brand and say something about it. An animated case study intro or a smooth transition between pages can show an agency’s character better than another paragraph of copy. An effect that exists only because it looks good in a designer’s portfolio gets cut.

Motion is quoted separately, through our animation and 3D service. Models and scripts load only when they are needed, animation runs on transforms, and with reduced motion turned on in the system the page stays static. We measure performance before handover, because a flashy but slow agency site damages exactly the image it was meant to build.

We match motion to the agency’s character. A branding studio can afford bolder transitions and 3D elements; a performance agency is usually better served by restrained micro-interactions that bring numbers and results forward. We start by asking what the animation should tell the client and whether it could be said more simply.

How an agency website project runs, step by step

Agencies usually know what they want to say about themselves but rarely find the time, because client projects always come first. So we shape the process to take as few of your hours as possible: one kick-off call, approvals on a staging address, short check-ins instead of long meetings. If you want to sort out your positioning and offer first, we start with strategy and direction.

To start, a few projects that best show your specialism are enough, plus a list of services in the order you want to sell them. You add further case studies after launch, at your own pace, because the template and the panel work from day one. One person, Kacper Baranowski, runs the whole project, from the first call to the day the site goes live. The stages look like this:

  • Call and brief

your specialism, your ideal client and the projects that best show what you can do

  • Design

the site structure, the case study template and a component system for building new pages

  • Build and launch

a fast site with a content panel, technical SEO and tracking of submitted briefs

  • Launch and training

we show you how to add a case study, a blog post and a new team member

How much does a marketing agency website cost?

An agency website costs from PLN 6,000 net for a version with a portfolio and services, up to PLN 16,000 net for an extended site with a blog, a brief form, language versions and animation. It usually takes 2–6 weeks, and you get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote, so you know the launch date before you decide. Payment is usually split into two or three parts. The prices of extras, such as animation, another language or copywriting, are in our pricing.

The quote is free and arrives within 48 hours of a short call, with the scope and schedule written out. All you need to do is describe in the contact form, in two sentences, what your agency does and who it works for; we will ask about the rest. We reply by the end of the next working day. The price depends most on:

  • The number of case studies and services, because every separate page means work on structure and content

  • Animation and 3D

motion tailored to the brand is a separate line in the quote

  • Language versions, if you have clients abroad; the second version is priced separately

  • Content

ready project write-ups shorten the project; if we are to write the copy, it is added to the quote

After launch: fixes, SEO and a site that belongs to you

We build the site through our build and code service, on a standard, documented stack, with a Sanity content panel. Handover is measured against clear criteria: at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and a test on real phones. If a bug in our code shows up after launch, we fix it free of charge for 30 days from handover. The code, domain, hosting and accounts belong to you, and if you have your own developer, they take over the site after launch together with access and documentation.

A blog and case studies only work for visibility when you know which of them bring in enquiries. Through SEO and analytics we set up structured data, a sitemap and conversion tracking, so you can see which projects and articles end in a brief and which only bring traffic.

If your agency works more like a service business than a creative studio, take a look at our business websites offer. We build a website for a law firm on the same principle, proof of what specific people can do, because there too the client is buying someone’s expertise. And if you recognise your own agency in this description, write to us through the form; the quote will come from the same person who then builds the site.

Questions about this offer

Your situation not here?

Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.

Start with a free quote
Do I need case studies on my agency website?

Yes, because they show how you work and what you achieve. A client list or a logo wall only says who trusted you; a case study with context, process and results shows what came of that trust, and on its own page it also works for your visibility on Google. A few well-described projects are enough to start; you add the rest from the panel.

How much does a marketing agency website cost?

From PLN 6,000 net for a site with a portfolio and services, up to PLN 16,000 net for an extended site with a blog, a brief form, language versions and animation. What moves the price most is the number of case studies and services, because each one is a separate page. The exact figure, with the scope written out, comes in a free quote within 48 hours of the call.

Will the website have animations and effects?

It can, if they fit your brand and say something about it. GSAP, parallax and micro-interactions are quoted separately through our animation and 3D service. Scripts load only when they are needed, so animation does not slow the site down, and with reduced motion turned on the page stays static.

Can we add new case studies and blog posts ourselves?

Yes. The site has a Sanity content panel, and case studies have a ready template you fill in for every new project: context, process, results, visuals. You edit posts, services and team profiles without a developer, and after launch we show you how during training.

How long does an agency website take?

Usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the number of case studies, language versions and animation. It goes fastest when project write-ups and materials are ready at the start, which is why we ask for them before the first design stage. You get a schedule with stage dates together with the quote.

We have our own developer. Can they take over the site after launch?

Yes. The code, domain, hosting and accounts belong to you, and the site runs on a standard, documented stack. After launch we hand over access and documentation, so you can keep developing the site with your own team or with us. For 30 days from handover we fix bugs in our code free of charge.
