Why technical SEO decides whether customers find your website
You have a good offer, yet on Google you sit below companies that do the same thing worse. The cause usually sits in a layer your customers never see: URL structure, heading hierarchy, structured data, load speed and the signals that tell a search engine what a page is about and which address is the right one. That layer is technical SEO. When it is weak, Google indexes the wrong pages and your content and ad campaigns run at half power.
The other half is analytics, because a position in the results does not yet tell you whether anyone from that traffic wrote or called. Without tracking you do not know where customers come from, which page sells and where people give up. The best time to decide what to measure is strategy and direction, before the first screen exists, because that is when it becomes clear which user actions really matter to your business.
What you get with technical SEO and analytics
We fit the scope to the project, but the six items below are part of every build. We implement all of it ourselves, in the code and in the tool configuration. A list of recommendations for you to implement comes only when you order a standalone audit of an existing site. We work with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Schema.org and Ahrefs, tools you already know or will pick up quickly.
We set up tracking so that the GA4 event fires only when a form actually goes through. A click on the button without a submission does not count, because it would inflate the number of enquiries in your reports and you would be making decisions on numbers that never reached your inbox.
Structure and indexing
clean URLs, canonicals, robots.txt and an XML sitemap, so Google indexes the right pages.
Schema.org structured data
organisation, articles, products and FAQ described so search engines understand what is on the page.
On-page optimisation
titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy and image alt text.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, CLS and INP in the green, measured on the finished site before handover.
Analytics and events
conversions, funnels and goals in GA4, configured in Tag Manager.
Reports and dashboards
data you can read in a minute, without digging through dozens of tabs.
How we set up SEO and tracking: from goal to report
We start by asking what you make money on. Together we decide which user actions are worth something to you: a form submission, a phone call, a click on the booking button or a purchase. That decides which events we track and how we describe pages in structured data. The URL and heading structure is planned together with the information architecture, so after launch there is nothing to rework and no rushed redirects.
Technical SEO goes in during build and code, along with every component: images in lightweight formats, lazy loading, as few scripts as possible. Before handover we check Core Web Vitals, structured data validation, the sitemap and redirects on the finished site, and we submit it to Search Console so Google picks it up quickly. The acceptance criterion is a PageSpeed Mobile score of at least 85; if the site falls short, we fix it before launch.
Analytics is configured in Google Tag Manager, so you add new events yourself, without touching the code or calling a developer. On top of that comes consent mode, so tracking stays within GDPR and covers only people who gave their consent. At the end we sit down for a short walkthrough of the reports: what to look at every week and what is enough to check once a month.

How much do technical SEO and an SEO audit cost?
When we build your website, basic optimisation is included in the price. That applies to business websites, online stores and industry websites. A store also gets product structured data and abandoned-cart analytics, and an industry website gets local SEO for service plus city searches.
Already have a website, or need more than the standard? The three items below have fixed starting prices, the same as in our pricing, and we add them to the scope on request. Local and industry keyword research and conversion reports are priced as a separate stage. You know the figure before any work starts: a free quote with the scope and schedule written out, within 48 hours of our call.
GA4 and Tag Manager setup from PLN 600 net
events matched to your site's goals, meaning submitted forms, CTA clicks and scroll depth, because pageviews alone tell you very little.
SEO and performance audit of an existing website from PLN 900 net: indexing errors, duplicates, thin content, missing structured data and slow pages. You get a report sorted by priority, so you know where to start.
Core Web Vitals optimisation from PLN 1,000 net
manual work on LCP, CLS and INP beyond the standard build, for sites with performance problems or in competitive markets.
When you will see SEO results and what you measure from day one
Rankings do not grow on their own, even after a good build. Technical SEO gives you the foundation: Google indexes the site more easily, understands its content better and does not penalise it for loading slowly. You move up when content that answers your customers' questions is added on top. The first effects usually show after 6–12 weeks.
Analytics, on the other hand, works from the first day after launch. As standard we track traffic and its sources, how people behave on the site and goal completions: forms, CTA clicks, time to conversion. We can connect Google Ads campaign tracking or send data to your CRM through integrations and automation, so no lead gets lost between the website and your sales team.
We do not run ongoing SEO as a service, meaning link building and content marketing; that is a separate discipline. If you need it, we will recommend trusted partners we work with. They get a clean structure, valid structured data and working tracking from us, so from the first month they can work on content and links.

What stays with you: accounts, data and documentation
We create the Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager accounts in your name or connect to the ones you already have. You hold the access, so your data history stays with your company no matter who works on the site next. The same goes for the domain, hosting, content panel and code: all of it is yours from day one. You also get short documentation: which events we track, where to find them and how to add more. If something in the tracking stops working because of our code, we fix it free of charge for 30 days from handover.
If you want someone to look at the numbers regularly, support and growth includes a monthly summary from Google Analytics and Search Console: traffic, conversions, visibility changes and recommendations for the month ahead. One person, Kacper Baranowski, runs the project, so you ask the person who set up the tracking, and you get an answer by the end of the next business day.
SEO and analytics: on their own or in a full project
The cheapest SEO is the kind planned before the first screen. A layout that leads people to get in touch, and headings that answer their questions, come from our design that sells service. Content, visuals and the structure Google reads then work towards the same goal, and you do not pay a second time for a rebuild after launch.
You can order this service on its own, for example for the website you already have, or as part of a larger project. Tell us in the contact form what you want to improve and what matters most to you: traffic, enquiries or order in your data. We will say whether an audit is enough or the foundation is worth rebuilding, and you get a free quote with the scope and schedule within 48 hours.

Questions about this service
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteWill my website automatically rank higher in Google after launch?
Not on its own, no. We build the website according to Google's technical guidelines: fast, with a correct heading hierarchy, Schema.org, a sitemap and canonicals. On that foundation rankings grow as you add content that answers your customers' questions. The first effects usually show after 6–12 weeks, and before that you will see in Search Console that Google is indexing the right pages.
Do you do ongoing SEO, such as link building and content marketing?
No, we leave ongoing SEO to specialists in content and links. Our part is technical SEO: structure, performance, structured data and analytics. If you need link building or content marketing, we will recommend trusted partners we work with; they get a site with a ready foundation and working tracking from us, so you see the results of their work in the same reports.
What data will I be able to track once analytics is set up?
We agree on that together at the start, because it depends on what counts as a conversion for you: a form, a call or a purchase. In a typical setup you see where traffic comes from, what people do on the site, how many visits end in a submitted form or a CTA click, and how long it takes to get there. On request we connect Google Ads campaign tracking and pass leads to your CRM.
Doesn't GDPR prohibit tracking users?
It prohibits tracking without consent, so we implement analytics together with a correctly configured consent mode: you only collect data from people who agreed to it. Skipping this step risks a fine, which is why consent mode is part of every analytics setup we do.
How much does an SEO audit of an existing website cost?
An SEO and performance audit starts at PLN 900 net and covers a technical and content analysis of the site: indexing errors, duplicates, thin content and missing structured data. You get a report sorted by priority, so you know what to fix first instead of wading through a 200-item checklist. If you want us to implement the fixes, we quote that separately after the audit, once we know how much work there is.
Can you do technical SEO on a website you did not build?
Yes, we implement SEO and analytics on existing websites too. We start by reviewing what is there and list what is worth fixing and what can safely stay. The Google Analytics and Search Console accounts stay in your name, and if you already have them, we connect to those. Tell us what your site runs on and we will say where to start.
