Industry websites

Run a hotel, a restaurant, a law firm or a construction company? Your customers search and decide differently from customers in other industries, so we lay the site out around their path: menu and booking, a portfolio or proof of expertise. Local SEO is included, budgets start at PLN 4,500 net and the site takes 2–6 weeks.

Why a site built for your industry works better than a one-size template

A restaurant guest wants to see the menu and book a table. A hotel guest wants to look at the rooms and check the nightly rate before tapping “book”. A law firm client is looking for proof that they have found someone who knows their kind of case. An investor browses a builder’s finished projects and wants to ask for a quote straight away. Each of them lands on the site with a different question, and a marketplace template gives all of them the same answer.

Before we design the first screen, we work out what a customer in your industry wants to check in the first few seconds: price, dates, availability, photos or experience. That answer sets the order of sections, the wording of buttons and what fits on a phone screen without scrolling. A layout that works for a hotel (gallery, calendar, nightly rate) would get in the way at a law firm, where the client first reads about the practice area and the lawyer, and only then books a consultation.

A site laid out around that path shortens the way from a search to a phone call. If you already have a site that looks fine but brings no enquiries, this is usually what is missing: an answer to the customer’s first question before they start scrolling. So the project starts with a conversation about your customers, and we draw screens only once we know what they are looking for.

A website for your industry: the scopes we have already written up

For a few industries we have written up the scope and budget separately, along with the questions their customers ask. A hotel website is built to sell rooms directly, without intermediary commission: a gallery, online booking and language versions for guests from abroad. A restaurant website means a menu you update yourself, table booking without a phone call and visibility in Google Maps.

A law firm website builds trust before the first conversation: lawyer profiles, practice areas, a blog and a consultation form. An accounting firm website confirms a referral with a clear list of services and prices before anyone picks up the phone. A construction company website is a portfolio of finished projects and a quote form for investors who check contractors online.

There is also a separate scope for a transport company (fleet, certificates, quote request form) and a marketing agency (case studies, team, brief form). If your industry is not on the list, that is fine: we start with the same question, what your customers look for and what they need to see before they call.

What you get whatever the industry

Layout and features depend on the industry; the way we build is always the same. The interface is designed as part of design that sells, then turned into code on Astro or Next.js, with a content panel where you change the menu, prices or portfolio without a manual.

You do not pay separately for speed, accessibility and basic SEO, because they come from how we write the code: no heavy themes or needless dependencies, with scripts and images loaded only when they are needed. Before handover we test the site on real phones, older ones included, because your customer is often searching on the move, on a weak signal.

You also get basic analytics: you can see how many people tapped your phone number, sent the form or booked a slot. That says more than a visit count, because it shows whether the site does the job it was built for and which section is worth improving.

  • Speed

at least 85 points in PageSpeed Mobile at handover, because a customer who waits 4 seconds for the menu orders somewhere else

  • Local SEO for “service + city” searches, included in every project

  • Designed for the phone first, because in most industries over 70% of traffic comes from mobile

  • You change the menu, prices or portfolio yourself in the panel, no developer needed

  • One goal the whole site leads to

a form, a booking, an enquiry or a phone call

  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

contrast, keyboard use and screen readers checked before handover

Local SEO: how nearby customers find your site

Your customer types a service and a city into Google: “restaurant [city]”, “accountant [city]”, “builder [city]”. Through SEO and analytics we structure your pages around searches like these, add business structured data (what you do, where you operate, how to reach you) and set up tracking, so you can see how many enquiries and calls the site brings in.

Correct headings, metadata, a sitemap and fast loading come with every project; without that base no ranking work gets off the ground. Further local and industry searches, and conversion reports, are priced separately when you need them.

Customers also check you in your Google Business Profile. If the name, address, phone number and opening hours there match the ones on the site, the search engine connects the two and shows you in Maps more readily. We will point out what to fill in, and tracking will show which channels bring enquiries and which only bring traffic.

How an industry website is built and what we need from you

From the first call to launch you deal with one person, Kacper Baranowski, who replies to every message by the end of the next working day. You watch the site take shape on a staging address, so you give feedback as we go rather than waiting weeks for a big reveal.

From you we need the things you know best: your offer, price list or menu, photos of the premises or past projects, and the questions customers ask you most often. If you have a logo and brand materials, we work with them. Ready copy and photos shorten the project; if you do not have them, copywriting and a photo shoot go into the quote as separate lines.

  • Call

30 minutes online about your customers, your offer and what people type into Google

  • Quote within 48 hours, free, with the scope and a schedule of stages

  • Layout designed around how customers in your industry behave, approved before any code

  • Build

code, the content panel, booking, menu or portfolio, and local SEO

  • Launch on your domain, handover of access details and a walkthrough of the panel

How much does an industry website cost and how long does it take?

The budget starts at PLN 4,500 net and reaches PLN 15,000 net for the most extensive projects. A business-card site with a menu and booking is a different scale from a site with a blog, a gallery, language versions and integrations, so we give the exact price after the call, together with a schedule and stage dates. Delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks.

The price depends on the number of pages, features (booking, a menu, a quote calculator), how ready your copy and photos are, the scope of local SEO and the deadline. Hosting, the domain and paid licences are paid from your own accounts, so you know the full running cost from the start. If your business does not need an industry layout, see business websites: the way we work is the same. The prices of extras, such as another language or copywriting, are in our pricing.

Payment is usually split into two or three parts: a deposit to start, an instalment after design approval and the rest after launch, all on VAT invoices. The quoted price holds until the end of the project, and anything outside the scope is listed in the quote separately, so you know up front what would cost extra.

After launch: fixes, changes and growth

The code, content, domain and accounts belong to you, and after launch you get access details, documentation and the Figma design files. For 30 days from handover we fix any bugs in our code free of charge. A seasonal menu, a new price list or fresh project photos you add yourself in the panel, without waiting for a developer and without paying for every small change.

As the business grows, you add the next pieces: a language version for guests from abroad, a blog with advice, service pages for new cities. We build so they can be added without rewriting everything, and we quote each stage separately when its time comes. If one day you want to develop the site with someone else, you take everything with you: the code, the panel, the accounts and the design.

If you would rather have someone look after the site for you, support and growth covers updates, backups, speed and security monitoring and new features. Use the form to tell us your industry, your city and what you expect from the site. Within 48 hours of the call you get a free quote with the scope and schedule.

Questions about this offer

Your situation not here?

Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.

Start with a free quote
Do you build websites for my industry?

If the site has to convince a customer and lead them to an enquiry, a booking or a purchase, then yes. We work with service businesses, B2B and B2C, and for hotels, restaurants, law firms, accounting firms, builders, transport companies and marketing agencies the scope is already written up. If your industry is not on the list, describe in the form what you do and what you expect from the site, and we will tell you whether and how we can help.

How is an industry website different from a regular company website?

In its layout and its goal. A restaurant guest looks at the menu first, then books a table. A law firm client first checks the practice area and the lawyer’s experience, then books a consultation. An industry website is laid out around that path and leads to one action; a regular company website describes the company more broadly, for customers who are only getting to know it.

How much does an industry website cost?

From PLN 4,500 to 15,000 net, depending on the number of pages and features. A business-card site with a menu and booking is a different budget from a site with a blog, a gallery and integrations. After a 30-minute call you get a free quote with the scope and schedule within 48 hours, and the quoted price holds until the end of the project.

How long does an industry website take?

Usually 2–6 weeks. The timeline depends on the number of pages, features such as booking or a quote calculator, and whether your copy and photos are ready. You get the stage dates in the quote, and you watch the site take shape on a staging address as we go, so you are not waiting for the result until the very end.

Will my website show up on Google in my city?

That is what we build it for. We structure the pages around “service + city” searches, add business structured data and set up tracking for calls and enquiries. Basic optimisation is part of the price; expanding to further local searches and conversion reports are priced separately. We do not promise a position in the results, because that also depends on the competition in your city. We do promise a site Google understands and tracking that shows what comes from it.

Can I update the menu, prices or portfolio myself?

Yes. Every site has a content panel where, without any technical knowledge, you add a dish, change a price or upload photos of a new project. Before launch we walk you through the panel and leave you documentation you can come back to at any time. If you would rather not touch the panel, you can send changes to us as part of support.
