No. Within 48 hours of the call you get the scope, price and a schedule with stage dates, free of charge and in writing. You see what you are paying for, and only then do you decide whether we go ahead.

Usually in two or three parts: a deposit to start, a payment once the design is approved and the rest after launch. Larger projects are billed stage by stage, so you pay for what you can already see, and every part comes with a VAT invoice. As a guide, a business-card site starts from PLN 3,000 net, a site with a content panel from PLN 4,500 and a store from PLN 8,000, and every package, care plan and extra is in our pricing. For 30 days after hand-over we fix bugs in our code for free.
