Why integrations and automation pay off
Copying leads from email into the CRM, issuing invoices by hand, pasting orders into a spreadsheet, sending the same confirmations over and over: nobody enjoys this work, and someone has to do it every day. Website integrations and automation take it off your team's plate. We connect your website to the tools you already use, and data moves between them on its own, with no copy and paste.
Every manual hand-off of data is also a chance for a mistake: a typo in an address, a lead lost in an inbox, an order nobody passed on. Automation does not get tired at the end of the day and does not go on holiday. Once it is live, the process runs the same way every time, whoever happens to be at work, and you get hours back for the conversations that genuinely need a person.
What integrations and automation include
We connect anything that has an API or a webhook, and most B2B tools do. The most common connections are listed below. If you use something that is not on the list, an internal company system for example, we read its API documentation first and quote after that. Should the system turn out to have no API, you will hear that from us before the quote.
Not every integration has to be big. Sometimes it is enough for a form submission to reach both the CRM and your team's inbox while the customer gets an instant confirmation. Sometimes you need two-way data exchange between the store, the invoicing system and the courier. The scope follows how much manual work you want to take off your team, so you pay for the connections you actually use.
CRM integration
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Livespace and others. A form submission lands in the system straight away, with the fields filled in correctly.
Online payments
Stripe, Przelewy24 and BLIK, subscriptions and webhooks that confirm the payment and release the order.
Email and notifications
Resend, Mailchimp, event-triggered messages and sequences after a sign-up or a purchase.
Shipping and invoices
InPost, DPD and Poczta Polska with ready-made labels, plus invoices issued automatically once an order is paid.
Process automation
Zapier, Make or custom code when no-code scenarios stop being enough.
API connections
REST, GraphQL and two-way webhooks between your website and the systems your company runs on.
How we build an integration, step by step
We start with a description of the process. You walk us through what happens step by step, from the trigger to the result: a customer sends a form, someone re-types the data, a salesperson calls, a proposal gets written. Often it turns out at this stage that some steps can simply be dropped. From that we map the data flow and decide what a no-code tool can handle and what needs custom code. We agree the field mapping with you, so nothing ends up in the wrong CRM column.
Connections are built on a staging environment and move to production only after the whole process has passed an end-to-end test. Each one has error handling. When an external service stops responding, the website keeps working, we get an alert, and an outage in one tool does not stop the rest of the process.
Integrations are built in during build and code for a new website, or added to the one you already have. In the second case we start by reviewing what is there and tell you what is worth fixing and what can safely stay. At the end you get documentation of the connections: what talks to what, which data flows where and where to look when something needs changing.

Integrations in stores, apps and business websites
In online stores the whole sales process runs on integrations: payments through Stripe and Przelewy24 with BLIK, InPost, DPD and Poczta Polska couriers with automatic labels and parcel tracking, invoices and customer notifications sent without anyone on your side touching them. We can also connect PayU, PayPo for deferred payments or any other provider you already have a contract with.
In a web application and a mobile app integrations work in the background. They handle payments and subscriptions, send transactional email and sync data with company systems through APIs. The apps themselves, login and offline mode are built in our apps and PWA service. Even on a simple business website, hooking the contact form up to your CRM saves re-typing every single enquiry.
We also connect booking systems, newsletters and invoicing tools. On service websites this is often what matters most. A booking for an appointment, a table or a room goes straight to where your team works, the customer gets a confirmation within seconds, and you stop keeping a calendar in two places.
How much do CRM integration and process automation cost?
A simple contact form is an hour of work. A CRM sync, bookings or automated email sequences are a stage of their own. The price depends on how many systems are connected, the quality of their API documentation, the direction of the data flow (one way or both) and how many unusual cases need handling, such as duplicates or incomplete data. Custom code costs more up front than Zapier or Make, but it has no monthly operation limits.
The items below are added to the quote on request, including for a website that is already live; their prices are also in our pricing. The scope and schedule are written out in a free quote within 48 hours of our call, so before we start you know what you are paying for and what the scope leaves out. Subscriptions for tools such as your CRM or Make are paid by you, in your own accounts, so access to them never depends on us.
A simple integration
from PLN 800 net. A form connected to a newsletter, a spreadsheet or a team notification: one tool and data flowing one way.
CRM integration
from PLN 1,500 net. Website forms and data in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Livespace, with field mapping and end-to-end tests.
Notification and email automation
from PLN 1,200 net. Order confirmations, reminders and team alerts through Make, Zapier or your own system.
Custom API or webhook
custom quote. An endpoint for exchanging data with external systems, with documentation, error handling and authentication.
Maintaining integrations when external APIs change
An integration depends on other people's systems, so it is hard to call it finished once and for all. Providers release new API versions, retire old features and change limits. For 30 days from handover we fix bugs caused by our code free of charge. Integrations covered by a support and growth agreement are also monitored and we respond to outages, and when a provider announces a change we warn you and quote the update early enough to ship it before the old version is switched off.
We therefore recommend putting integrations under a support package, so you are not coming back to them only when something breaks. Accounts in tools such as your CRM, Stripe, Make or Zapier are created in your name or connected to the ones you already have. All the access details are yours, and so is the integration code, just like the domain, hosting and content panel. If you ever switch CRM or payment provider, the documentation shows what needs reconnecting, and if you ever change developers, the same documentation is enough for someone else to pick up the work.

How to measure the effect and where to start
Automation pays off most when you can see its effect in sales. Through SEO and analytics we can connect conversion and Google Ads campaign tracking to your CRM, so a lead reaches the system together with where it came from. You see which traffic source brings customers, and you set your ad budget by closed sales.
Kacper Baranowski runs the whole project, from the process walkthrough to launch, so you describe your process once. Tell us in the contact form what you currently do by hand and in which tools. You will hear back no later than the next business day with a straight answer on what can be automated and what is not worth it. The free quote with the scope and schedule follows within 48 hours of our call.

Questions about this service
Your situation not here?
Describe it in a few sentences. We reply with specifics, a few questions to narrow things down, and a time for a call.
Start with a free quoteWhich tools can you integrate our website with?
Any tool that has an API or a webhook, and most B2B tools do. Most often we connect CRM systems, email platforms, invoicing software, Zapier and Make. If you have an internal system of your own, ask for its API documentation and send it along with your enquiry. We prepare the quote based on it, and if there is no API, we say so straight away.
Won't the integration break what already works on the website?
It should not, because a new connection does not touch production until it has passed end-to-end tests on a staging environment. If an external service stops responding after launch, the website keeps working and we get an alert. Bugs caused by our code are fixed free of charge for 30 days from handover.
Can you automate processes we currently do by hand in Excel?
Often, yes. Describe what you do step by step, from the trigger to the result, and which files it lives in today. If it can be wired up through an API or a no-code tool, we quote the implementation. If it needs custom code, we do that too, only with a bigger scope and price.
What happens when an external API changes version or stops working?
For integrations covered by a support agreement, monitoring catches the outage and we respond. When a provider announces an API change, we warn you and quote the update early enough to get it done before the old version is switched off. Without a support package nobody is watching those announcements for you, so the simplest option is to put integrations under support from the start and not wait for the first outage.
How much does it cost to integrate a website with a CRM?
From PLN 1,500 net for connecting your website's forms and data to a CRM, with field mapping and end-to-end tests. Notification and email automation starts at PLN 1,200 net, and the simplest connection, such as a form to a newsletter, at PLN 800 net. You get the exact figure in a free quote within 48 hours of our call, and the price mostly depends on how many systems are connected and whether data flows one way or both.
Zapier and Make or custom code: which should I choose?
Zapier and Make work well for simple flows and a quick start, but they have monthly operation limits. Custom code costs more up front and makes sense when the process is unusual, the data volume is high or you want full control over error handling. You get a recommendation together with the quote, once you have described the process, so you do not have to settle this on your own.
